Love isn’t free, much as we would like to think it is. Well, falling in love is free but the process of dating and getting to know each other is anything but. Millions, perhaps even billions of pounds, are spent on finding love each year – such a crazy amount!
Many people are working to a budget now and they don’t see why they should have to give up their budget just for love. Yes, everyone deserves to be happy – but is it worth spending money you don’t have to be happy?

You could even do some really obscure things – I personally love a bit of mystery shopping so why not take your prospective partner out on a date when you need to go and taste test a restaurant? They don’t need to know, right?
Finding love truly doesn’t have to be expensive – it is just the people who make it that way, not the act itself. Whilst it can be tempting, you don’t need to go all out to impress someone. If they like you, they will like you regardless of what you offer them date wise – you don’t need to go all bells and whistles in the hope of securing a second date, you just need to be yourself.
Make sure you aren’t paying through the nose to find love – you don’t want to rinse your bank balance completely whilst on your quest to find the perfect person. You don’t need to sign up to these ‘exclusive’ dating sites that cost an arm and a leg to join, to message people, to connect.
